Security & Storage

  • Strong U-lock (provided with each of our bikes)
  • We'll show you best practices for securing the bike
  • Tips for parking in public spaces:
    ○ Do not block sidewalks, driveways or pedestrian crosswalks
    ○ Use assigned bike parking areas
  • Additional security measures:
    ○ Do not forget items in the bins 
    ○ Do not leave helmets hanging, secure them with the lock
  • Overnight parking is recommended to be indoors
  • Do not leave battery on the bike if temperatures are above 90F or below 50F
  • Tips for apartment/condo storage:
    ○ Use covered areas
    ○ Common area or hallways
    ○ Bring battery in the apartment with you
